I recently enjoyed a rejuvenating stay, discovering the well-equipped onsite spa with its five treatment rooms. The spa services, featuring aromatherapy and beauty therapy, complemented the peaceful atmosphere beautifully. The spacious and clean accommodations provide a comfortable base, while the rooftop terrace offers views of the surrounding forest-a haven for nature enthusiasts like myself. I appreciated the friendly staff, who contributed to a welcoming environment. I must note some discrepancies that affected my overall experience. Despite my previous visit being faultless, this time I faced unexpected charges for my daughter and dog, along with city tax fees. the dinner service could benefit from improvement, as there were significant delays in taking orders. Despite these issues, Heikenberg remains a suitable choice for those eager to immerse themselves in the serene landscapes of Denmark. The captivating environment and spa amenities make it worthwhile for anyone in search of a rejuvenating getaway.
